High Hopes Harm Reduction is dedicated to providing life-saving tools, education, and support to individuals and communities affected by substance use. Our mission is simple: reduce harm, promote safety, and treat every individual with dignity and compassion.


What We Do

We provide essential harm reduction resources, including:

    •    Overdose Kits: Equipped with Narcan, gloves,                 and other tools to save lives during an overdose             emergency.

    •    Fentanyl Test Strips: Helping individuals identify             dangerous substances and make informed                       decisions.

    •    Harm Reduction Education: Offering resources               and strategies to reduce risks associated with                 substance use.
